Abstract

This paper aims to bring a case study on some possibilities for implementing project pedagogy based here on the works of Bender (2015), Cortelazzo (2019), Cortez (2021), Dewey (2024), Hernández (2007), Kilpatrik (1918), and Oliveira (2006) added to the perspective of musical education proposed by Swanwick (1994), and Fonterrada (2008) in the music classes of a popular music workshop in a basic education in public school from Juiz de Fora. We start with a brief explanation of the methodologies used followed by the report of the case study in question. In our final considerations we seek to reflect on the possibilities of the proposed work.
